Configure the public Supabase project URL, anon/publishable key and shop ID. Never paste a service-role or secret key here.
Team roles are assigned in Supabase: owner, manager, cashier or viewer. Access is enforced by database policies, not just by hiding buttons.
Account sign in / create account
After creating the first account, follow README instructions to assign it as the shop owner. Staff accounts must be invited/created by an administrator and added to shop_members.
Synchronization conflicts
If two devices edit while offline, this app pauses automatic upload rather than silently overwriting newer cloud data. Compare/export first. The explicit choices above are administrator-only.

Cloud access is protected by Supabase login and database roles. The legacy device PIN is only a convenience lock and is not a substitute for account security.
Backup and restore
Export backups regularly and keep them somewhere safe.
